The Benazir Hunarmand Program is a skill development initiative launched under the Benazir Income Support Programme (BISP) to empower youth and women in Pakistan. The program aims to reduce unemployment by providing free technical and vocational training so beneficiaries can earn a sustainable income.

Who Can Join the Benazir Hunarmand Program?
Only those people can apply for the Benazir Hunarmand Program (BHP) who are already registered in the BISP Dynamic Registry. This program is specially designed to provide skills and training to deserving families.
Education Requirement:
To join this program, the applicant must have passed Matric (10th class) or equivalent education.
Age Limit:
Applicants must be between 18 and 40 years old at the time of registration.
Registration and Selection Process:
This portal is used only for registration purposes. After registration, all applications will be checked carefully. Only eligible and selected candidates will be allowed to join the program.
One Person Per Family
Only one member from each family is allowed to register for the Benazir Hunarmand Program

To become part of the program, you can:
Register online through the Official BHP portal https://hunarmand.bisp.gov.pk/
Visit your nearest BISP Tehsil Office
Make sure to bring:
Your original and valid CNIC
An active mobile number

Program Availability (First Phase)
In the first phase, the Benazir Hunarmand Program is available only in selected districts. The list of districts will be updated by BISP from time to time.

یہ پورٹل صرف رجسٹریشن کے لیے ہے۔ رجسٹریشن کے بعد تمام درخواستوں کی جانچ کی جائے گی، اور صرف اہل افراد کو پروگرام میں منتخب کیا جائے گا۔
